Ian has a command of the technical aspects of the products. He re sized a helmet for me by changing the inner lining because he knew the shells were of identical size. Paul took care of all the delivery details and even loaded/secured the bike to my trailer. All in all a great experience by a highly trained and knowledgeable team! I recently purchased a motorcycle from American motorcycle trading company and I had a very good experience. I received a fair price for my trade-in and I was very happy with my new bike when I flew into town to pick up. My salesman Dave worked very hard to get me the best financing with the payment that I was comfortable with.Dave also picked me up at the airport and drove me to the shop. When I had an opportunity to get a closer look at the motorcycle that I purchased I noticed some water spots on the chrome and some rust on the receiver brackets for the upper luggage. I called my salesman Dave and he asked me to send him pictures. Within an hour of sending the pictures I was contacted by Blake the general manager. Blake instructed me to get prices for a detail for my chrome and to get a price to change and install new receiver brackets. I called Blake back an hour later and gave him the prices of the items in question. Blake agreed to pay me for the cost to replace or repair those items without question.When purchasing a used vehicle...the buyer must be diligent when inspecting the vehicle when picking up for the first time. This situation was a little different because...I pressured American motorcycle to get my bike ready as soon as possible. When I arrived at the shop to pick my bike up it was raining and I was in a hurry. The typical detailing of the bike was just overlooked and not intentional. Most dealerships would have said "to Bad you didn't notice sooner". But this shop did the "right thing" and that speaks highly of the credibility and ethics of the ownership and management of American Motorcycle Trading Company. Highly recommend!!!

Back for round 2. I bought a 2012 V-Rod Muscle in March 2013 and had the best experience thanks to Jordan and Scott. This year I decided to move up to a touring bike. This is my first Harley Davidson Motorcycle, and it is in need of lots of work. The service manager Joe has taken the time to help me, he put my Hog in the hands of a real good mechanic who has taken his time to do the job correct the first time. At this point, no other motorcycle shop can top them, and that includes Harley Davidson's. Keep up the great work, will see them next week to have more work done.

Awesome experience!! I worked out a deal on the phone with Jeremy in 10 minutes (great salesman and super nice) then drove up the next day to pick up my first bike. All the paperwork was ready to go when i arrived, the bike had gas and was literally showroom clean and it was a used 09'. They did a first rate job, even loaded it up in the trailer for me and taught me how to rig it myself for the future. I looked for months and this place had the best deal by far, well worth the 270 mile drive from San Antonio! Fantastic operation guys!!

I never thought I would have the courage to make such a large purchase over the internet, but I did. AMTC, in particular, Dave Bohringer, Sales Professional and gentleman and scholar, made the process relatively painless. In addition, Gino produced a video focusing on the bike I was interested in buying. He was intent on pointing out the flaws, paint nicks, tire tread wear, scratches, dings and dents. He was not, in any way, attempting to gloss over the flaws and that was very reassuring to me. Gino cranked the ignition and the motor sounded great. I don't believe an in person appraisal of the bike would have been any more thorough. I was feeling less and less apprehensive about this internet purchase. Getting back to Dave Bohringer, #1 sales man, initially when I expressed my reservations, he immediately gave me his personal cell# and told me to call with any questions. He also stated that when I finally received my bike that I would call him and thank him because I would be that pleased with whole process. Well, from picking the bike to getting the price I could accept, to financing, to shipping, to receiving and finally riding my Road Glide, this was a painless and rewarding transaction. All of it done on the internet! I called Dave and thanked him.

I didn't even buy my bike right away but I did go back and ended up with a Harley Davidson Nightster. Service experience June 2015. I would like to send a special Thank You to the Service Staff at American Motorcycle Trading Co.! The Service Staff performed a thorough inspection check of the motorcycle while performing maintenance service (e.g. oil change, etc.) and found the Tire is starting to rot, crack. The Service Staff went over and beyond providing customer service! We are truly please with the service and overall experience. The entire family will definitely be back.

My sales person was entirely knowledgeable about every motorcycle I pointed at and answered all of my questions with authority and expertise. I was never given a price that was incorrect, and felt privileged to be working with this person. He was genuinely concerned with my needs, and had interests in mind with all of his suggestions. Approval was quick for my finance, ever though i was not A-1 rated. My trade in was evaluated and fairly priced, and in the end I believe that we all felt like we were winners.

Had a flat tire on George Bush Turnpike a few minutes from this shop. Once I got to the shop it took about an hour before they got my bike on the lift and another hour for them to replace the tube. Other than the wait these guys are great and do good work!

We came in not expecting to be accepted on our credit and these guys showed us respect and was very nice in every way possible.
